  1. Scope

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the BJJ Style website ( https://bjj-style.com/ ). By placing an order, you fully and unreservedly accept these general conditions of sale.

2.1 Description of products: BJJ Style offers for sale products related to the Brazilian martial art Jiu-Jitsu, such as equipment, clothing and accessories. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

2.2 Orders: To place an order, you must follow the steps indicated on the site. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order.

  1. Price and payment

3.1 Price: The prices of the products are indicated in euros (EUR) and are those in force at the time of the order. They do not include delivery charges, which will be added to the order total.

4.2 Delivery times: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. BJJ Style will endeavor to meet estimated delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

  1. Right to retract

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please see our Returns Policy for more information on return conditions and procedures.

  1. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the products, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs and content, are the exclusive property of BJJ Style or its suppliers. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these elements is strictly prohibited.

  1. Responsibility

BJJ Style undertakes to provide quality products, in accordance with the descriptions provided on the site. However, BJJ Style cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold.

Personal information provided when placing an order will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the use of your data in accordance with this policy.

  1. Modification of the general conditions of sale

BJJ Style reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.

  1. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, any dispute arising from these general conditions of sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Haute-Savoie.
