Refund Policy

1. Right to retract

1.1. In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right to return the products and request a refund, without having to provide any particular reason.

2. Return conditions

2.1. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original, undamaged packaging. Any returned product that is damaged, incomplete or whose packaging is damaged will not be refunded.

2.2. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service to return products to ensure you receive them in good condition.

3. Refund procedure

3.1. Once we have received the returned products and verified their compliance with the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund as soon as possible.

3.2. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

3.3. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part or a faulty product.

4. Defective or non-compliant products
